Our coaching services offers folks practical and emotional support for navigating their grief and loss journey. Using the Microdose Method of coaching, we work together to explore areas of their grief, co-create small actions to help with coping and management of grief, and move forward into an empowered, hopeful future.

Coaching is for you if you are:

[Signature Package] The Long Road

The Long Road is my signature coaching package. This package is tailored to clients who really want to dig deep, unearth buried pieces of their grief puzzle, and thoroughly work through and find meaning to their grief. This package includes:

  • Ten 1-hour coaching sessions booked at your convenience.

  • A follow up email at the end of each session, summarizing the session and reiterating the key takeaways.

  • An individualized, co-created microaction after each session to take forward and practice.

  • Access to a shared drive with copies of the session summaries and any supplementary resources discussed in session.

  • The option to continue coaching sessions at a discounted rate.

The Starting Point

The Starting Point is perfect for individuals who may be new to coaching or want to see if coaching is right for them. This package includes:

  • Three 1-hour coaching sessions booked at your convenience.

  • An individualized, co-created microaction after each session to take forward and practice.

The Journey

The Journey package allows clients to dig a little deeper into their grief and loss journey over more sessions than what the introductory package offers. This package includes:

  • Six 1-hour coaching sessions booked at your convenience.

  • An individualized, co-created microaction after each session to take forward and practice.

  • Access to a shared drive with copies of the session summaries and any supplementary resources discussed in session.
