We at Liminal Wisdom wish to acknowledge that we are settlers on the ancestral lands of the Treaty 7 signatories: the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Piikani, Kainai), Tsuut'ina, and Stoney Nakoda Nations, along with the Métis Nation of Alberta (Districts 5 & 6). We live, work, play, and grow on these lands, in Moh’kinstsis, or what is colonially known as Calgary, AB, Canada. We humbly and respectfully thank the original keepers of these lands for allowing us to continue to do so. We at Liminal Wisdom will continue to do all we can to honour and take care of these sacred lands, respecting the original caretakers, and working toward reconciliation. This work involves unlearning and relearning; we strive to do better and be better.
